Leoforce seeks a Senior Bankruptcy Attorney to join our national Business Reorganization Team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate handles complex Chapter 11 restructurings, insolvency matters, and distressed asset transactions.

You will lead engagements, advise on restructurings, and help grow the bankruptcy practice while mentoring associates and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar admission.
• 8+ years of bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency law experience.
• Portable book of business strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage complex matters and client relationships independently.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex bankruptcy and restructuring engagements, including Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
• Represent debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, committees, lenders, and trustees in insolvency matters.
• Advise clients on distressed asset acquisitions, liquidations, and reorganizations.
• Provide strategic counsel on creditors’ rights, financial restructurings, and bankruptcy litigation.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships while actively contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.
• Mentor and supervise associates and contribute to team growth.

We are seeking a highly accomplished Bankruptcy Partner to join our nationally recognized Business Reorganization Team.

This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney with significant experience handling complex Chapter 11 restructurings, insolvency matters, creditors’ rights, and distressed asset transactions.

The incoming partner will play a key role in expanding the firm’s bankruptcy practice, managing sophisticated client matters, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex bankruptcy and restructuring engagements, including Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court workouts
• Represent debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, committees, lenders, and trustees in insolvency matters
• Advise clients on distressed asset acquisitions, liquidations, and reorganizations
• Provide strategic counsel on creditors’ rights, financial restructurings, and bankruptcy litigation
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships while actively contributing to the firm’s business development efforts
• Mentor and supervise associates and contribute to team growth
