Jane Street is seeking a Banking Systems and Controls Specialist to join the Banking Administration team. The role focuses on managing corporate bank accounts, internal controls around cash, and system administration for critical cash portals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in banking or cash management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of bank account management, internal controls, and corporate governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage bank account and cash controls projects with external partners and internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for daily operational and technical support related to corporate bank accounts, cash controls, and payment processing.
• Expand, centralize, and maintain the database of bank accounts and relationships across Jane Street.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support firmwide cash-management initiatives.
• Manage corporate credit card program, card limits, and coordinate with banks on fraudulent transactions.
• Assist with wires, electronic document management, and FBAR processes.
• Partner with accounting dev team to automate processes and ensure consistency across offices.
