Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 10+ years of bank regulatory law experience at a major firm, financial institution, or regulator.
• Strong ability to advise senior executives on complex regulatory matters.
• Knowledge of BHCA, FRB, OCC, Regulation W/Y/K and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on U.S. banking laws, regulations, and supervisory expectations.
• Advise on regulatory implications of new products, services, and corporate changes.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and transactions requiring regulatory approvals.
• Review legislation and regulatory guidance to provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
