Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
• Strong domain knowledge of Banking and Payments.
• Hands-on experience with payment modernization and ISO 20022 migration.
• MT to MX conversion experience (MT103 pacs.008, MT202/MT202COV pacs.009).
• Experience gathering business requirements, writing User Stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with GenAI tools and AI-assisted analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Define payment modernization requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and create detailed user stories and flows.
• Support ISO 20022/CBPR+ migration and payment transformation projects.
• Analyze SWIFT MT to MX conversions and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with development and QA throughout the SDLC.
• Manage project artifacts using Jira and Confluence.
• Leverage GenAI to improve analysis and productivity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
