Job summary

Pibank USA is seeking a Forward-thinking Infrastructure & Network Engineer to elevate our enterprise architecture and ensure operational excellence within a regulated banking environment. You will help maintain resilience, scalability, and performance across data centers and cloud platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise networking, hands-on expertise in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and security controls (PCI-DSS, FFIEC), and collaboration across teams to support audits and strategic deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network and infrastructure engineering.
• Deep expertise in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP/OSPF, and related protocols and technologies.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud networking (AWS/Azure), and on-prem data center operations.
• Familiarity with cabinet sizing, power distribution, and environmental monitoring in co-located environments.
• Proficient in network security concepts including IDS/IPS, firewalls, NAC, and endpoint hardening.
• Experience with automation tools and processes for network and infrastructure management.
• Ability to document procedures, collaborate across departments, and support compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, high-availability network infrastructure.
• Lead network optimization, redundancy, and failover planning for business continuity.
• Collaborate on cabinet planning, server provisioning, and migrations (e.g., Equinix).
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, routing, and segmentation per security frameworks.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Implement PCI-DSS, FFIEC compliance controls across infra.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support audits and deployments.
