Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documentation, advising on banking products, and guiding risk management. Hybrid work arrangement with collaboration across legal and business teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation (secured and unsecured).
• Experience with distressed loan workouts, real estate lending, or deposit products is a plus.
• Ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice across banking matters and risk.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to collaborate across teams and with outside counsel.

Responsabilités

• Advise on legal aspects of private client, commercial credit, banking products and accounts.
• Support regulatory compliance and risk management for banking operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate loan documents and banking policies.
• Provide guidance on federal/state banking laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on complex matters.
• Support senior management and business partners with practical legal solutions.
