Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required or equivalent.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and regulatory reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborate with CFO to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Manage the Bank’s Accounting staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain FDICIA controls and regulatory reporting.
• Draft the Consolidated Annual Report and ensure timely closings.
