Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or engineering with programming concentration plus 3 years' relevant experience
• 3-5 years analytical experience at a financial institution; 3-5 years with Fiserv Signature core banking software
• Experience with automated testing and production support using Fiserv tech stack or equivalent tools such as Query, SQL Query

Responsibilities

• Independently support, install, troubleshoot, maintain, and manage applications
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects creating new solutions
• Test, implement, document, and support core banking solutions
• Mentor application support analysts and coordinate disaster recovery planning
