Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, BI, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience within banking, financial services, or financial institutions.
• Advanced Power BI dashboard and report development skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying, data analysis, and data validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements and data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using best practices for data visualization and analytics.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric and related analytics capabilities to support scalable reporting and data solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics, reporting, and data validation.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Partner with banking and financial-services stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective analytics solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and business teams throughout the analytics development lifecycle.
• Ensure dashboards and reporting solutions are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
