Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a proactive Financial Center Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients with specialists. You will foster relationships, guide clients through self-service tools, and support transactional activities with a focus on exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
• Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
• Displays passion and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives.
• Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Communicates confidently with all clients (in-person and by phone).

• Applies critical thinking and problem-solving to meet clients’ needs.
• Manages time, prioritizes and multitasks efficiently.
• Is a commissioned notary or can obtain notary commission within months; location dependent.
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, within reasonable distance.

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions and navigate client priorities
• Assists and trains clients on self-service transactions
• Leverages resources and processes to optimize the client experience and ensure accuracy
• Adheres to processes, laws, and guidelines for day-to-day activities including account openings
• Manages client interactions and abides by regulatory requirements
