Qualifications

• Minimum of one year sales experience in a client-centric environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communications; comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone.
• Learns quickly, adapts to new information and platforms, handles ambiguity.
• Uses critical thinking to solve client needs and prioritize tasks.
• Manages time effectively and handles multiple tasks.
• Notary commission within a few months of start date (state-dependent).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs.
• Offer appropriate solutions and connect clients to specialists as needed.
• Deepen client relationships through platform services and self-service options.
• Assist clients with transactions and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and follow-up routines.
