Responsibilities

• Uncover personal banking needs of individual and small business clients and propose appropriate solutions.
• Balance service requests with in-person or inbound call activities and follow up regularly.
• Recommend and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and accurate processing of transactions.
