Bank of America in the United States is seeking a client-focused associate to serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping uncover personal banking needs and offering appropriate solutions.

You will deepen relationships, assist with self-service transactions, and ensure high-quality client care while meeting regulatory requirements. Flexibility to work weekends/extended hours and ability to learn new platforms are valued.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of sales experience in a client-centric environment, or six months in a Bank of America RM/ADP RM/CSA I/RMBOS role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage clients in person or by phone.
• Willingness to learn new platforms, work with diverse clients and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Deepen client relationships by offering consumer and small business solutions and guiding clients to the right specialists.
• Assist clients with self-service transactions and educate on platform features.
• Leverage available resources to optimize client experience and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to processes, laws and guidelines in daily activities such as opening accounts and account maintenance.
• Manage client interactions and decide best action for the bank and clients, while following regulatory requirements.
