Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking a Senior Ballast Water & Damage Control Systems Engineer to support our Navy customer in the United States.

The role focuses on shipboard BWTS, ballast/deballast, damage control systems, and related HM&E equipment, with emphasis on lifecycle management, assessments, and modernization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Marine, or Systems Engineering, 10+ years in marine/auxiliary systems, active Secret clearance or

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, Systems Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting shipboard mechanical, fluid, environmental, or auxiliary systems.
• Experience with ballast/deballast systems, damage control systems, pumps, valves, piping, or HM&E equipment.
• Ability to review engineering drawings, schematics and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel for ship checks, testing and fleet support activities.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering and technical support for shipboard BWTS, ballast/deballast, damage control systems and related auxiliary systems.
• Support development, planning, execution, and lifecycle management of ship alterations and SCDs for ballast/deballast systems.
• Conduct ship checks to develop installation drawings, identify design discrepancies and support meetings.
• Perform ISEA assessments of HM&E systems aboard amphibious ships, supporting testing and fleet training.
• Perform system assessments, troubleshooting, root cause analyses and engineering evaluations.
• Develop and review technical reports, drawings, test procedures, and engineering change documentation.
• Support system modernization, installation, testing and lifecycle sustainment efforts.
• Develop and maintain technical manuals, maintenance procedures and logistics documentation.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings and IPTs.
• Coordinate with government, shipyard and contractor personnel to resolve technical issues.
