Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking a senior leader to head balance sheet forecasting, supporting liquidity risk management and strategic financial analysis. You will coordinate with the Corporate Treasurer and CFO to ensure effective MIS and timely ALCO reporting.

The role requires a finance or business background with extensive experience in financial services, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Collaboration across teams and regulators is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in finance or business-related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• Proficient in MS Office and Empyrean Solutions ALM.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO in coordinating balance sheet management and liquidity risk analysis.
• Assist in ALCO, Executive ALCO, and other reporting.
• Help plan and manage production calendars and deadlines per policy.
• Provide risk reporting materials and ratings agency analyses.
• Support pricing decisions on loans and deposits and regulatory liaison coordination.
• Engage in research and complex studies on liquidity and capital.
