Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Production Operator III for our San Antonio facility. You will operate automated production equipment, diagnose equipment issues, assist in preventive maintenance, and ensure sanitation and safety in a team-driven environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a technical certification; experience with Enterprise systems and data entry is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency plus successful completion of a technical certification course (HVAC, auto maintenance/repair, etc).
• Equivalent military training, other related technical training, or successful completion of at least 45 college credit hours may be substituted for technical training.

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedule for job assignments and work reporting times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times while on duty.
• Operate facility metal detector(s) if trained and certified.
• Comply with safety rules and GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (EEO, etc.).
• Perform duties integral to job and operate multiple production equipment types as assigned.
