Job summary

Flowers Baking Co. of San Antonio, LLC is seeking a Production Operator II at our Texas facility. You will operate automated production equipment, diagnose machinery issues, assist with preventative maintenance, and help sanitize equipment to ensure product safety and quality.

You will use Enterprise software for data input, reporting, and production/financial system interactions, while contributing as a member of a high‑performing team under GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or military training may substitute for formal training.

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedule and report times.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies (EEO, Safety, SOX).
• Maintain clean work area at all times.
• Operate equipment and assist in calibration/maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety rules and GMPs; document and report issues.
• Set up equipment and maintain continuous material flow; verify product quality.
