Job summary

SUNY Oneonta and Sodexo seek a Senior Baker to join the on-campus team. You will lead daily production of baked goods, prepare pastries, and ensure portions and inventory control while prioritizing customer service.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related work experience.
• Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods; participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/ products/ menu.
• Insure portion and inventory control.
• Produce pastry/ dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
