Core Specialty is seeking a Data Processing Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead the Bail Data Processing department, ensuring accurate transaction processing, system integrity, and staff supervision. The role oversees back-office payments, reconciliations, and reporting to upstream accounting functions.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of bail operations, GAAP AR/AP, and experience with SAGE-100, Crystal Reports, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and leading a team in a financial data processing environment.
• Strong understanding of bail operations and transaction processing lifecycle.
• Proficiency with SAGE-100, Crystal Reports, Power BI, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Data Processing staff; establish workflow standards.
• Oversee entry of Bail transactions and related activities in the system of record.
• Ensure data integrity of bail policy management database and run reports.
• Coordinate with programmers on system issues and upgrades; provide regulatory reporting.
