Job summary

Core Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned leader to manage the Bail Data Processing department, ensuring accurate, timely transaction processing and system integrity.

You will supervise staff, support upstream accounting functions, and partner with SAGE-100, Crystal Reports, and Power BI to deliver reliable operational metrics. Hybrid schedule with strong emphasis on teamwork and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data processing or accounting operations.
• Experience supervising a team and training staff.
• Familiarity with ERP reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI).
• Knowledge of GL, AR, AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bail Data Processing department to ensure accurate, timely transaction processing, system integrity, staff supervision, agency customer service, and operational support to upstream accounting functions.
• Establish efficiency guidelines and workflow standards for the Data Processing department; supervise, train, and support staff.
• Supervise entry of Bail bank transactions, build up fund activities, and agent/policy A/P functions; coordinate with system postings.
• Prepare and distribute Data Processing metrics; generate regulatory reports using Crystal Reports; provide bail-related information to support accounting and financial reporting.
