Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Senior Bacteriology Laboratory Technician/Scientist professional to provide support to the planning and execution of bacteriology studies and research. The successful candidate will assist in laboratory procedures and sample processing, manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing technical support for bacteriology research.
• Assisting in laboratory procedures and sample processing.
• Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or Ph.D. with 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Must pass NACI background check.
• Must be willing to work in a BSL 3/4 laboratory.
• Must be eligible to enroll in the BPRP and CS-PRP programs.
