Senior Backend Software Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Software Developer specializing in back-end architecture and development with C#, SQL, Linq SQL, API development, SSL/TLS security, authentication methodologies, and IIS administration. The role involves designing robust backend solutions, optimizing database performance, integrating secure RESTful APIs, and implementing best practices for scalability and security. Front-end experience with Angular, Blazor, and Radzen is a plus. The position also includes mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize backend systems and databases using C#, SQL, Linq SQL, and related technologies.
2. Develop and manage secure RESTful APIs with a focus on scalability, SSL/TLS security, and authentication.
3. Ensure backend architecture supports responsive and scalable applications.
4. Perform database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
5. Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
