Qualifications

10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
8+ years hands-on Java development.
3+ years in Senior Technical Lead or equivalent leadership role.
Hands-on mentoring and code review experience.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on Java/Spring Boot development across the lifecycle.
Translate requirements into configurable software components and communicate trade-offs.
Design configuration-driven capabilities and rules-driven processing.
Develop and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Develop Kafka producers/consumers with reliable event processing.
Improve CI/CD, DevSecOps, and software quality practices.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
