Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Java development experience with a strong backend focus.
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of REST API implementation and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot is expected.
• Understanding of integrating with Agentic AI systems, not just UI integration, is highly preferred.
• Ability to estimate work effectively and clearly articulate technical decisions during discussions.
• AWS and Generative AI experience are a plus.
