As a senior engineer, you will shape backend systems, drive API-focused product development, and own critical infrastructure, collaborating closely with product and engineering to scale the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software experience including backend experience and full-stack exposure.
• Designed and scaled complex backend systems, worked with internal and external APIs, and shipped to customers.
• Proficient with Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, React and Postgres.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with ambiguity-handling and decisive decision making.
• Product-focused mindset with a drive to build scalable, resilient software.
• Excellent communication and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and influence engineering decisions across the stack.
• Guide infrastructure evolution to support growth and scale data processing.
• Drive systems design for scalable architectures and data models.
• Plan, architect and implement features with a backend/API focus.
• Develop and maintain robust integrations with third-party platforms.
• Contribute to team culture, mentoring, and collaboration.
