Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Go, Python, C/C++ or similar

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure components used in production at high scale
• Design and implement improvements related to availability, performance, resiliency, and automation
• Troubleshoot production issues using metrics, logs, and traces
• Contribute to on-call rotations and improve operational excellence through runbooks and tooling
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering partners to deliver features safely and incrementally
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvements of engineering practices
