Qualifications

8+ years of experience in backend software development focusing on scalable distributed systems.
Expertise in object-oriented programming with a strong command of Java.
Demonstrated expertise in system architecture, API design, and building robust backend services.
Proficiency in modeling relational databases and experience with distributed transactions.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, ORMs, and networking protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and work with partners.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and implementation of scalable backend systems and services.
Drive hands-on architecture and development for platform features and infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the engineering team.
Serve as primary technical interface for business partners for products and applications.
Cultivate long-term technical relationships with partners and manage escalations.
Translate partner needs into engineering requirements and influence roadmaps.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to internal teams and external leadership.
