Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the Workforce Verification team. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, high-performance software delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, focusing on concurrency, reliability, and system-wide optimizations while contributing to best practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on coding experience with Golang.
• Experience architecting microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with scalable, high-throughput systems a plus.
