The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and secure integrations within online banking ecosystems. You will lead backend projects, enforce coding standards, design APIs, and mentor peers in Agile, CI/CD, and SOA practices, delivering high-impact solutions for CSI’s core banking platform

Qualifications

• Accredited university or equivalent education in applicable technology.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with backend and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development and large projects with complex integrations.
• Modernize legacy C++ systems and drive SOA migrations.
• Define API contracts and integration patterns for third-party vendors.
• Coach and mentor engineers in Agile, CI/CD, and backend best practices.
