Job summary

CBTS is seeking a backend software engineer to develop and optimize secure, scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will build robust APIs, microservices, and integration components while applying engineering best practices for enterprise-grade applications.

Qualifications

Excellent backend development capabilities for large-scale apps.
Strong knowledge of API design and integration patterns.
Experience with microservices architectures and containerization is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and integration services for large-scale applications.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code quality and database tuning.
Implement microservices architecture using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot).
Integrate authentication, authorization, and data security mechanisms into application backbones.
Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end, cloud-ready solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution improvements.
Focus on continuous learning and emerging trends.
