Job summary

IntraFi LLC seeks a senior database and application developer to design, implement, and optimize data-centric software in a fast-paced Agile setting. You will work on cloud and on‑prem environments, leading migration, ETL, and reporting initiatives across SQL Server and BI platforms.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and scalable solutions, while applying best practices and modern cloud technologies to advance financial services applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience, strong proficiency in PL/SQL (stored procedures, views, functions).
• 3+ years of experience with AWS and related technologies.
• Experience with SDLC from conception through end of life.
• Knowledge of code quality practices and Git version control.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project tools.
• Ability to deliver a quality product on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Java, C#/.NET, or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems using Java, C#/.NET, Python, or similar technologies.
• Lead SQL installation, configuration, design, and testing of production databases and data-related activities.
• Lead migration of reports from SSRS to PowerBI or similar SAAS platform.
• Create and maintain data loads from external clients via ETL and manipulate data using SQL stored procedures.
• Perform ad hoc queries and reporting for internal and external teams.
• Ensure data integrity, security, backups, and recovery paths; document standards and access controls.
• Coordinate with team members, product owners, and scrum masters to align with business requirements.
• Develop and evangelize best practices for current technologies and policies.
