Distribusion Technologies is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to own core backend systems end-to-end in a remote-friendly setup. You will design, implement, and operate high-scale services that power transit schedules, bookings, and revenue across a distributed platform serving operators and travellers globally.

Competenze

• Several years of backend experience in Python with full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data-intensive apps.
• Experience in API design, testing, observability, and production stability.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into pragmatic solutions.

Mansioni

• Build a customer-facing transit schedule system at scale.
• Develop a ticket booking backend with dynamic pricing and seat allocation.
• Create revenue management component with A/B testing.
• Own data transformation layer for schedules, bookings, revenue.
• Improve development workflows: CI, PR reviews, testing, releases.
• Collaborate with operations, planning, and revenue stakeholders.
• Drive tooling improvements and AI-assisted development.
