Qualificações

• 5+ years in a production backend environment (Python/Go).
• Distributed systems architecture, data modeling, and relational DB optimization.
• Experience at significant scale and with cross-functional delivery.
• Strong CS fundamentals and algorithms.
• Excellent communication with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design and implementation of backend services and APIs powering core capabilities.
• Build reliable, secure, and scalable systems for high-volume workflows (Spend, IT, identity, access, approvals, compliance).
• Make strategic architectural decisions around architecture, infrastructure, data modeling, performance and reliability.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions with product, frontend, platform, and design teams.
• Build and evolve systems involving workflows, permissions, policy enforcement, financial ops, device/app management, procurement, security controls.
• Raise the technical bar through design reviews, mentorship, and backend engineering best practices.
• Help create unified product experiences across employees, spend, devices, apps, access, and business operations.
