Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot/Hibernate.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and fault-tolerant systems using Java.
• Ensure system responsiveness and efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and resolving performance issues.
• Maintain and enforce code quality through reviews and automated tests.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and contribute to technical direction.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance product quality.
• Document codebase and architectural decisions.
