Job summary

Stahls' Fulfill Engine is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to support and enhance our cloud-based SaaS platform. You will focus on production support, debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance improvements while contributing to new features and system reliability.

The role emphasizes collaboration across services, working with Azure App Services, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and RESTful APIs to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend experience in scalable web apps.
• Strong debugging and logging/trace skills.
• Proven problem-solving and collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support live SaaS application with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Lead debugging, logging, and tracing efforts for reliability.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based SaaS web app for scalability.
• Work with third-party APIs to extend functionality.
• Collaborate to design and implement new features.
• Manage and integrate databases (Cosmos DB or similar).
• Improve performance via asynchronous processing.
• Work with Azure services (App Services, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Search).
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprints.
