STAHLS' Fulfill Engine is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to support and enhance our cloud-based SaaS platform. You will focus on reliability, scalability, and cross-service integrations while delivering high-quality backend services.

This role emphasizes production support, debugging, and performance improvements using Azure services and Cosmos DB, with collaboration across agile teams to ship robust features.

Responsibilities

• Support the live SaaS application with troubleshooting, bugs fixes, and maintenance tasks.
• Lead debugging, logging, and tracing to ensure platform reliability.
• Develop and maintain the cloud-based SaaS web application for reliability and scalability.
• Integrate with third-party APIs/services to extend platform functionality.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and improvements.
• Manage and integrate databases, including Cosmos DB or similar NoSQL solutions.
• Drive performance improvements using asynchronous programming techniques.
• Work with Azure services (App Services, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Search).
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes and participate in sprint planning and code reviews.

As we continue to scale and expand our platform, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team. You will play an important role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge web application, while ensuring it operates smoothly for our users.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support and enhance our SaaS platform. This role is heavily focused on production support, troubleshooting complex issues, root-cause analysis, platform maintenance, and operational excellence while also contributing to feature development and system improvements. The ideal candidate enjoys debugging challenging problems, improving system reliability, and working across multiple services and integrations to ensure a stable and scalable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the live SaaS application, providing troubleshooting, bug fixes, and maintenance tasks.
• Lead efforts in debugging, logging, and tracing issues to ensure the platform runs smoothly.
• Develop and maintain our cloud-based SaaS web application, ensuring its reliability and scalability.
• Work with various third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of the platform.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and improvements.
• Ensure efficient management and integration of databases, including Cosmos DB or similar document databases.
• Drive performance improvements by applying asynchronous programming techniques to optimize processes.
• Work with Azure services, including App Services, Azure Service Bus, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Search.
• Follow agile methodologies and contribute to the sprint planning, development, and code reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on scalable web applications.
• Excellent debugging skills, with experience using logging and tracing tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and implementing efficient backend solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based applications, preferably hosted in Azure.
• Experience with Cosmos DB or similar NoSQL document databases is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and practices.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $98,000
