Job summary

A disruptive startup in podcasting is seeking an experienced developer proficient in Typescript and Node.js to join their fully distributed team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in high-performance application development and knowledge of scalable consumer apps. • Have significant experience with Node.js and good knowledge of JS fundamentals

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of Typescript, Node.js development
• Strong document / key-value store knowledge (Redis, MongoDB)
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Demonstrable knowledge of building scaleable consumer based apps
• Strong experience with unit, integration, and load testing
• Experience building APIs
• Experience with cloud APIs (Google Cloud, Digital Ocean)

• Experiencing working in high traffic, low latency applications
