Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of backend experience with Python or Kotlin.
• Expertise in distributed systems, AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with scalable data pipelines using Spark or Airflow and a related degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale data platforms and services for real-time loan originations and financial reporting.
• Lead engineers through ambiguity to deliver quarterly goals while fostering a culture of quality and ownership.
