ManpowerGroup is partnering with a technology-driven organization in Colorado to hire a Senior Software Developer. The role centers on backend development with Python and Node.js within a microservices architecture and includes AI integration initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have RESTful API experience, AWS and Kubernetes proficiency, and experience with non-relational databases like Postgres, Cassandra, or MongoDB. Onsite ramp-up, then 2 days/week onsite.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend development experience with Python and Node.js.
• Strong RESTful API development and microservices knowledge.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes.
• Experience with non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI, OpenAI API, and building chatbots.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services in a microservices setup.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate server-side logic.
• Develop and optimize non-relational databases.
• Leverage AWS and Kubernetes to deploy and scale applications.
