You will own backend design, build scalable microservices, and mentor engineers while collaborating with data science, ML, and platform teams in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. This role demands hands-on coding and architecture vision.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics/computer science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the complete software development lifecycle.
• 5+ years of Python development and deep knowledge of its libraries.
• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs with FastAPI.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
• 3+ years leading design/architecture of large distributed systems on cloud platforms.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.

Responsibilities

• Be a thought leader and drive an innovative ML vision for multiple products.
• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Craft high-performance microservices architectures and web services.
• Develop real-time online inferencing for complex models using Triton and TensorRT.
• Mentor and develop other engineers; set technical direction and culture.
• Uphold standards of engineering excellence and operational resilience.
