Qualifications

• 6+ years building backend or full-stack systems in production.
• Strong experience with Python (Django preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services and APIs for high-volume financial transactions.
• Own features end-to-end across payments, rewards, account services, and partner integrations.
• Shape platform architecture as it scales.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers on full-stack features.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of backend systems.
