Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development experience in scalable web systems.
• Proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript and Rust.
• Experience building REST and GraphQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of scoped features through engineering teams aligned to platform objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain services in Node.js, TypeScript and Rust within CI/CD.
• Build and optimize server-to-server integrations and API layers (REST/GraphQL).
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product services and use generative AI tools.
• Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and best practices for scalable systems.
• Monitor performance, resolve defects, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor peers and share knowledge across the team.
