Job summary

Benz Technology in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Integration Team to design and build robust backend systems and data pipelines. You will work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to infrastructure-as-code practices and scalable search and data solutions.

Responsibilities include developing backend services with Python and Kotlin/Java, managing AWS Terraform-based infrastructure, and implementing ElasticSearch/OpenSearch based search analytics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python backend development and API design.
• Experience with Kotlin or Java for backend services.
• Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code on AWS.
• Experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch for search/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Kotlin/Java.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform on AWS.
• Implement and optimize search and analytics solutions with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch.
• Integrate disparate systems and data sources into cohesive, reliable pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration patterns and technical standards.
• Review code and contribute to engineering best practices across the team.
