Job summary

Uber is seeking passionate software engineers to join the Hydration Platform team, building the foundation that powers Uber Eats. You will work with Uber infrastructure and product engineering teams across feed, search, storefront and checkout to deliver scalable backend services.

Our team handles tens of millions of requests per second and powers core experiences like home feed, search, storefront and checkout.

Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Python or Go).
• Developing backend services, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Understanding of CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and system design.
