Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Production software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Python, or Go).
• Experience with backend services, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrency, system design.
• Ability to write maintainable, well-tested production code.
