Qualifications

• 3–8 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Go (Golang) proficiency or ability to ramp quickly to Go.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing backend features from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Own backend features end-to-end, from design and implementation to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Build consumer-facing functionality that delivers measurable business impact.
• Solve data-driven engineering problems, including matchmaking, fraud prevention, and related platform challenges.
• Develop and improve backend systems supporting real-money consumer experiences.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, experimentation platforms, and engineering workflows to ship quickly and reliably.
• Work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive projects to completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and systems, taking on broader ownership as you deliver results.
