Job summary

Kaleido is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale backend infrastructure for enterprise blockchain platforms. You will collaborate across backend, protocol, DevOps, and infra teams to deliver scalable services and platform capabilities in production.

You will work with Go, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures, improving CI/CD pipelines and tooling while ensuring reliability, observability, and performance in high-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of backend software engineering in production.
• Strong Go (Golang) experience.
• Experience designing and operating microservices in cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infra automation.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building scalable backend services and APIs in Go.
• Developing tooling for blockchain node operations and platform capabilities.
• Building and operating cloud-native microservices in Kubernetes environments for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborating with protocol, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate new networks and features.
• Improving engineering velocity through CI/CD and automation practices.
• Maintaining high reliability and performance for production systems.
