Future is building a personalized guidance system for lifelong health. We hire Backend engineers who design, implement, and test APIs, optimize data pipelines, and own core services.

You will collaborate across teams, ensure quality with tests and monitoring, and participate in an on-call rotation roughly one week per month. You will work with Go, AWS, Docker (ECS), and Postgres, with a focus on scalable backend systems and pragmatic tradeoffs in a fast-moving startup environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of production development experience, backend/API focus.
• Strong product thinking and user-centric approach.
• Scrappiness and pragmatism in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience with Docker-based microservice architecture and cloud tech.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and test APIs for new products and services.
• Maintain and optimize systems with focus on database performance.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable APIs and infra.
• Stay current with technologies and encourage peers to do the same.
