The role centers on backend work, building scalable services that interface with LLMs and Generative AI models, and owning zero-to-one projects from MVPs to production.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in backend-leaning full-stack software engineering.
• Experience at an early-stage startup (Pre-seed to Series B).
• Strong demonstrated technical expertise and ability to move fast and explain code.
• Nice to have: healthcare or HealthTech AI interest.
• Demonstrated signal of excellence in education.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship complex backend services and infrastructure interfacing with LLMs and Generative AI models.
• Take ownership of zero-to-one projects, from prototyping MVPs to scalable production systems.
• Help scale existing products as the company expands to more organizations.
• Improve backend architecture, observability, and code quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and CTO in a flat structure.
