Job summary

M-KOPA is a mission-driven fintech company delivering flexible financing to underserved customers. We are hiring engineers to build distributed C#/.NET microservices on Azure Kubernetes in a remote-first setup, enabling AI-native development across the engineering workflow.

You will own services end-to-end, leverage AI-native tools, and contribute to observability and platform reliability through automated tests, SLOs, and on-call feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience building distributed C#/.NET microservices.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Kubernetes and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience with AI-native development and observability.
• Familiarity with automated testing, SLOs, and on-call practices.
